Imagine being transported to Italy for an evening where you will enjoy a classic Italian meal combined with a cooking class hosted by Oliverio's own Chef Mirko Paderno. Throughout the evening, Chef Mirko will teach attendees about the intricacies of making authentic Italian pasta dough while demonstrating various methods behind rolling some of Italy’s most beloved pastas such as Spaghetti alla Chitarra, potato gnocchi and agnolotti. Following Chef Mirko’s interactive cooking lesson, guests will dine at a communal table while enjoying the dishes they have just prepared along with elegant Italian wines.
