    Fitness Programs

    Personal / Tandem Training

    A fitness professional will take you through a series of full-body exercises that challenge your heart as well as your muscles. This is a great fitness session to begin or end your day.

    60 minutes $125

    Stretch Session

    If you are unable to get good range of motion or if you feel tight from travel or working out, try a 30 minute or one-hour session with one of our trainers.

    30 minutes $75 and 60 minutes $125

    Guided Hike

    Runyon Canyon, a 160-acre park in the heart of the Hollywood Hills, offers the best hiking trails in Los Angeles along with breathtaking views. This seen-and-be-seen Hollywood hangout is filled with the most beautiful sights and people in the city. Our certified trainers will take you through one of the main hiking trails, depending on your personal fitness ability. Bring plenty of fresh water and a good set of running shoes as the terrain is steep and unpaved. Designated meeting place and time must be arranged in advance.

    Guided Run

    Our certified trainers will take you on a magnificent run through Beverly Hills that will help you burn calories while also enjoying the outdoors.

    60 minutes, $125

    Poolside Pilates

    Mat Pilates, designed for core strength and flexibility is a great way to feel invigorated. Pilates focuses on breathing, toning and flexibility.

    Private Fitness Programs

    Avalon's personal trainer is Joshua Love of Kinema Fitness. A well-known, experienced trainer, Josh will take the time to start you on the road to fitness or reinvigorate your workout. He will guide you through a fitness assessment that includes a precision body fat analysis, blood pressure check, and a thorough examination of posture alignment and gait analysis. He specializes in weight loss, muscle tone, injury rehab, and nutrition.
