    Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

    We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests, however these will be honored on an availability basis. In the case that a late checkout is available, the following late checkout fees apply: From 12:00pm - 3:00pm; $50.00 | From 3:00pm to 5:00pm; half day rate | After 5:00pm a full day’s rate will apply and the room will be extended for that night.



    How far is the hotel from the airport?

    Cassa Hotel is located in the heart of New York City and is an easy commute to and from John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark International Airport. 

    For trips between (to and from) Manhattan and JFK International Airport,  the flat fare is $52.00 plus any tolls using Rate Code 2 on the meter. A NY State Tax Surcharge of $.50 will be added to each trip, which totals to an estimate of $71 with tip and toll. 



    What other airport/hotel transportation options are available?

    There are many readily available public transportation options in NYC. Taxi is the easiest with the rate range depending on which airport is in question. Guests may also choose to use certain train routes and there are shuttle buses that make regular trips between hotels and nearby stops.  Please call us for any further information on transportation to or from any of the airports.



    May I pre-book, airport-to-hotel transportation?

    We would be delighted to arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel through our car service. Sedans start at $107 from John F. Kennedy Airport, $86 from LaGuardia Airport, and $129 from Newark Airport, inclusive of tip and tax. Please contact our Concierge Team to make arrangements.



    Is parking available at the hotel?

    We offer Valet Parking for $60+tax/night for regular sized vehicles and $70+tax/night for oversized vehicles with no in-and-out privileges.  Parking on the street is unpredictable in New York City, and is at your own risk.

    May guests make special requests for wine or other alcoholic beverages?

    A wide range of alcoholic beverages are available for purchase with valid photo ID from the 10th floor Terraza lounge. Guests must be 21 years or older.



    Is room service available?

    In-room dining is available during the same hours as the Terraza Lounge & Terrace is open. Breakfast is available daily at the Terraza lounge. We also have a wide range of menus available at the Front Desk, from local restaurants that can deliver directly to guest rooms.



    May special gifts be ordered in advance by either guests or their friends?

    Amenities may be purchased in advance for guests via the Concierge Team or our Front Desk.

    The hotel is located in the very heart of Midtown Manhattan only steps away from Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Fifth  and Madison Avenues, prime retail shopping and many others.

    Is there high-speed Internet access?

    Internet access is available at a fee of $15.00 per day.  There is also a Business Center available on the 10th floor for any additional needs.



    What are the locks and additional security devices on the guestroom doors?

    All of our buildings and guestrooms require key card access for entry and we have security staff available on property 24-hours a day.



    Are there any consulates in the vicinity?

    Do you allow pets at the hotel?

    Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed. One pet per room. There is a non-refundable $50 per night per room charge. Guests will be required to fill out and sign the Hotel Pet Policy and Consent Form at check-in. Cassa Hotel is not liable or responsible for the well being of the pet- and the pet is not to be left unattended on hotel property.
