San Francisco Personal Training
In partnership with Kinema Fitness, Hotel Zetta San Francisco offers guests a variety of personal training options. From guided stretches, circuit training and meditation, hotel guests can experience progressive personal training from the comfort of their hotel fitness center.
Circuit & Personal Training - $150/hour
Trainers will guide guests through a series of full body exercises in the fitness center that will challenge heart rate and promote muscular fitness. This training session incorporates weights as well as cardiovascular training.
Stretch Session - $75/30-minutes $150/hour
If you are unable to get a good range of motion or simply need a stretch after a long flight, try a 30-minute or one-hour guided stretch session customized to target those areas in need.
Meditation - $150/hour
A personalized instructor will guide you on a relaxing journey that will help you focus on the present moment. Leave feeling incredibly relaxed and ready to take on the day.
Guided Run - $150/hour
A personal trainer will take you for a run through San Francisco that will help you burn calories while also enjoying the outdoors.
Mat Pilates - $150/hour
Designed for your core strength and flexibility, mat Pilates is a great way to feel invigorated. Focus on breathing, toning and improving flexibility.
Enjoy a combination of Vinyasa and Forest yoga. Combining flow movements and stationary poses, these yoga session are geared to all levels and are a wonderful way to reconnect.
*Complimentary yoga is offered Saturday mornings at 9:30am and is available for hotel guests only.
